I think we will see reverse offers as a more common pratice has housing continues to drag in 2011. I agree I dont think it makes the seller look desperate. I think it shows they are willing to roll up thier sleeves and try and make a deal happen. This is still kinda new in my market but I do see the pratice pciking up steam. Great post.
